Depending on the condition and size of the location, the total investment typically ranges between €60,000 and €85,000. (excluding VAT and franchise fee)
You will receive a detailed cost breakdown and access to trusted suppliers with special purchase conditions we have negotiated.

The key requirement is a space of 45–90 sq m, with the possibility to install a shower and a toilet. It could be a rented or owned place. Once the partner agreement is signed, we provide ongoing support with location selection and our recommendations, helping you evaluate and choose the most suitable space.
